Missions

Go therefore and make disciples of all nations

Matthew 28:19

At East Main, we endeavor to grow Wider in love through mission and service. Part of our ministry, then, relies on missions.  We support many local and foreign missions.  Would you like to be involved? Contact any of our leaders for more information on how to contribute to the ministries we support (and more).

Active Missionaries We Support

Doug and Tammy White

They do active work with Wycliffe  Associates that provides Bible translation technology to many languages throughout the world.  They are based here in Indiana, but travel throughout the world. We support them financially and they visit our church to give updates from time to time.

Menge

You!

Menge is one part of the mission "Hope Overflowing" in Ethiopia.  The mission developed from the desire to do more for the vulnerable children of Ethiopia for the glory of God. The mission continues to grow as do the challenges. We pray for Menge and the ministry.

Serve the Kingdom on our upcoming mission trip to Freedom International Ministries in the Dominican Republic!

EMSCC has partnered with Freedom International Ministries, Inc. to coordinate short-term mission trips to the Dominican Republic.  Freedom is in the process of building a school in the DR. Each year, they add to the school enough for the next group of kids to attend.  Kids presently range from Pre-K (3 years old) up to 6th grade.  The mission trip dates in 2020 are:
January 18-25
July 11-18
Contact us below if you would like more information.
